The room was a good size. it was also clean. staff were nice and supportive. the bedsheet was clean, and i slept well. location is great. Access to shops is a walking distance. having a child with me, i appreciated the fact that we were situated closer to the fire exit.
i expected tea in the room, but it was not there and i struggled to turn on hot water.

The staff provided glasses after i purchased my own wine down the road. I found that helpful. they were super helpful with shuttle organisation. the staff cleaned our room first, a gesture i appreciated.

The location was superb for gatwick airport access. i arrived late after a delayed flight and check-in was smooth. the room had blackout curtains (very useful for a morning flight). i appreciated the on-site indian restaurant. The food was tasty and i received a 20% discount.

the single room had effective blackout curtains, which really helped me sleep. the room included a comfortable bed. the room was quiet despite the hotel's proximity to the airport (this was a pleasant surprise).

The staff was very helpful. I was upgraded to a ground floor mobility room due to my mobility issues. The continental breakfast had lots of options (especially the croissants!).
The shuttle service was not free. I had to pay £10 each way. The bathroom was very small and not very convenient.

A Tender Stay Near Gatwick

The hotel is conveniently located about two miles from gatwick airport. A shuttle bus service is available beginning at 4:00 am for £10 each way. This provided us great ease for our early flight. The room featured three beds and an en-suite shower. Everything was clean.
The plumbing made some noise from a nearby room. I'm sensitive to sounds at night, so it did affect my sleep slightly.

The hotel is right by a gatwick airport bus stop. It only takes five minutes on the bus after a two-minute walk. This accessibility made traveling very easy.

I found usb connections in the room very useful. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. I noted that the hotel has a shuttle service to the airport. The Indian restaurant downstairs served very nice food (I loved it!).
The car park seemed a bit small. I thought I might get blocked in at any time.
